Over four revitalising days, you’ll train with purpose, enjoy nourishing and delicious food, and unwind in breathtaking surroundings just north of Barcelona, near the edge of the Costa Brava.
Come solo, with a friend, or as a couple—you’ll find a warm, supportive group and space to simply be.

What Should I expect?
Each retreat is designed to leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and deeply refreshed—body and mind. Our programme blends energising movement with moments of calm and connection, all in a supportive, small-group setting. You can expect:
Uplifting high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts in small, friendly groups
Gentle stretching and mobility to restore and release
Guided mindfulness sessions to help you slow down and reconnect
Practical nutrition talks to support long-term wellbeing
Hands-on recipe masterclasses with take-home menus
Invigorating hikes through local trails and fitness sessions by the sea
A relaxed, celebratory group meal at a local restaurant

About Anna-Motion
Anna has spent the past 8 years helping clients transform their lives through fitness, mindset, and sustainable habits. As a Personal Trainer and Transformation Coach, she’s always dreamed of creating something more immersive—something that goes beyond the gym. That dream is now a reality.
The Anna-Motion Spanish Retreat is the result of years of experience as a personal trainer and transformation coach, a deep passion for sports nutrition, and a genuine love for helping people feel their best. Drawing from her successful online groups and personal coaching, Anna has carefully designed every element of the retreat—from energising workouts to delicious, nourishing meals.
It’s a celebration of movement, connection, and joy—set against the backdrop of nature, with good food, good company, and the space to truly reset.
The Detail
Just an hour north of Barcelona, nestled in the rolling hills near the town of Arenys de Munt, Anna-Motion unfolds at Macià Con Colomer—a beautifully restored Catalan farmhouse perched on the edge of a tranquil national park. Surrounded by olive groves and forested trails, it’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and quiet luxury.
From the moment you land, we’ll take care of you—airport transfers are included, so you can arrive relaxed and ready to unwind. Once here, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated weekend of energising movement, nourishing food, and restorative downtime, all in a setting designed to help you reset and recharge.
With a maximum of just 8 guests, each retreat offers a balance of group connection and personal space, making it an intimate, uplifting experience.
Included in your stay:
Four nights’ en-suite boutique accommodation (based on two sharing)
All meals, snacks, and soft drinks—wholesome, locally inspired, and chef-prepared
A full programme of fitness, mobility, and mindful activities
Investment: £800 per person (shared room) / £1200 (private room)
To secure your space a deposit of £200 per person will be required, with the balance coming due a month before the retreat.
Please note: flights to Barcelona are not included. The on-site bar operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. Optional indulgences, such as massages or horse riding, can be arranged at additional cost.
